This policy describes how the Personal Payment Tracker app (“the App”) handles information. The App is intended for personal budgeting and payment tracking on your own device.
You may enter information such as transaction amounts, descriptions, categories, dates, and similar fields needed to track payments and budgets. That content is processed and stored in the App’s sandbox on your iPhone or iPad, unless a future version explicitly introduces optional cloud sync or backup—in which case this policy will be updated before that feature collects data.
The App, as described here, is not designed to send your transaction details to servers we operate for routine app functionality. The App does not sell your personal financial data.
Third parties: Apple provides iOS, iCloud device backup (if you enable it), and system services under Apple’s policies. The App may use standard iOS capabilities (for example local notifications or biometrics to unlock the device) without us receiving your passcode or biometric data—those stay on your device. If analytics, crash reporting, or ads are added in a future release, this page will be updated and, where required, additional consent or App Store disclosures will apply.
You are responsible for keeping your device passcode and Apple ID secure. Uninstalling the App or erasing the device may delete local data; refer to Apple’s documentation for backups and recovery.
The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
The App is a personal tool only. It is not financial, tax, or legal advice. You remain responsible for your own records and compliance obligations.
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised policy.
